Then I had to ask myself, "Why do pets get a fever or get sick after a vaccination"?
After the last set of vaccinations I gave Nutmeg's Puppies (in 2005) they came home with Kennel Cough and gave it to all my adult dogs too! This was the last straw to pull. I went whole hog into finding all the information I could about vaccinations, holistic health care and homeopathic remedies. The results are better than expected. So now I ask myself,
"Why did I wait so LONG"?
This leads me to the Question: What is A Wellness Plan?
The "Commercial Vets" have a new Plan to make sure you keeping your animal healthy. But, are we getting talked into something we do not need? Or something that can actually make our animals sick? The Veterinary practices now want you to bring your pet to them every six months for a wellness check up. They usually give them a round of tests, then a round of pills, potions, and who knows what else. These drugs can actually break down their immune system, which can lead to more serious problems.
